Annabelle Gurwitch
Annabelle Gurwitch, an American comedy actress and TV host is well known for her time as host on Dinner and a Movie. She is also an active advocate for environmental issues and humanism. Annabelle Gurwitch was a critically-acclaimed actress, and New York Times Bestseller Author. She wrote the memoirs You Said Tomato But I Said Shut Up! It also appeared in the Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch has served as a frequent host on TBS Dinner & a Movie. Her unforgettable television shows include Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown as well as hosting the show WA$TED which is a show about sustainability which airs on The Planet Green Network. She makes regular appearances in PBS Newhour Real Time with Bill Maher and on NPR in addition to writing opinion pieces for the New York Times WSJ The Hollywood Reporter and satire for The New Yorker and McSweeeneys.
