Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is famous for his distinct way of rapping. Baker was born into a English Scottish German family in Houston Texas U.S.A. in April 22 the 22nd of April, 1991. Both of his parents were missionaries. in his early years, Baker traveled extensively together. His father James Colson Baker struggled with depression and unemployment while the mother Sonia Alane left them when at the age of nine. Baker's dad moved together with his son to Denver and the family lived at the home of his aunt. Baker was bullied because the poorness of his life among the kids. The first time he heard rap was when he entered sixth grade. Colson Kelly was born Machine Gun Kelly on April 22, 1989 in Texas. In his music, he is well known for his ability to mix hip-hop style modern along with classic rock. Baker has released four mixtapes in the years between 2007-2010 prior to signing with Bad Boy Records. With lyrics that were faster than bullet trains the Cleveland rapper experienced a swift increase in fame and recognition in the year 2011. He went from releasing self-released tapes before signing with labels. From there his career skyrocketed every album ranking among the top ten.
